The location is excellent, as the hotel is based in the Lotte Department store. The double room overlooks city and includes coffee and tea making facilities, a fridge, and glassware. The staff are very attentive and absolutely courteous.

Location just off department stores for easily accessible shopping and Bukchon Hanok Village and Westin Chosun. Very amiable and absolutely courteous and good looking staff from front of hotel to maids.

The location here is fantastic, just a mile from the Postal Museum of Korea, and within walking distance of a theater and a palace - really loved the area.

the staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. the location of the hotel is ideal. the rooms are spacious and very well equipped and the windows can be opened (independent of the air conditioning)! the restaurants and the bar offer highest quality.

The room was very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. We received a mobile phone with internet and travel tips. With the mobile phone we could find good places without problem.

The staff here are super experienced and provide great service. the rooms are a good size and have a modern touch, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine and extra supplies. Plus, they have WiFi available. ☕

The hotel boasts a beautiful and stunning location near many attractions and convenient access to bus and subway lines. The hotel features a great Korean BBQ restaurant. The breakfast is reasonable and includes excellent coffee and a variety of food options, including pizza.

Very good and friendly staff ever ready to help with anything. Very good hotel and would definitely stay there again!

i was given modern and huge room with free wifi and a platform bed, as for instance. the service was excellent and the pool was nice. easy check-in was a bonus.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow.
